The Yarrambat has a functional and aesthetic space, designed by our in-house designer to have the features of modern living all accommodated in a tiny home. Featuring some bespoke joinery, electric appliances, quality materials, standing space in loft, study nook and a window seat. This home is ready to move to your location and begin living your Contemporary Tiny Home dream.

 

The Yarrambat is perfect for couples or singles looking for an affordable first home or who are looking to downsize.

The queen sized loft offers a generous space to accommodate a queen bed and a secluded sitting area.! The loft has a custom shelving unit which doubles as storage, a privacy screen and safety barrier. The loft also offers a walking platform.

The spacious bathroom has a full sized shower with shower screen and a full height cupboard . The large vanity features a stylish ceramic top mount basin with storage underneath.

The kitchen features a 2.4 metre long bench top, with loads of storage and an amazing study desk that would easily double as a breakfast nook.

The living room is perfectly equipped to accommodate a comfortable couch that could convert into a sofa bed. The window seat has a beautiful outlook on your surrounds, perfect for reading and relaxing - just add a few cosy cushions!
